This is WBHF passport application and official WBHF passport will be emailed to you within 14 days after approval. This passport will be valid 5 years. In case the application is not accepted, applicant will get full application fee refund.

Every team member that will attend any event sanctioned by WBHF is required to have valid WBHF passport. Passport must be valid during the first day of the tournament.

Please make sure that you select correct nationality as players and goalies can play only for identical national teams. In some cases WBHF might request prove of nationality (passport, national ID, birth certificate).

The passport fee includes taxes.

    You must provide one photo with your passport application.

    Photo Basics

    PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS

    • Photo format 1:1 ratio
    • Submit a colour photo, taken in last 6 months.
    • Use a clear image of your face. Do not use filters commonly used on social media.
    • Have someone else take your photo. NO SELFIES.
    • Take off your eyeglasses for your photo.
    • Use a plain white or off-white background.
    • Submit a high resolution photo that is not blurry, grainy, or pixelated.
    • Do not digitally change the photo.
    • Have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open.
    • You cannot wear a hat or head covering, except for religious attire worn continuously in public or you use head covering for medical purposes
